About Sencha Naturals

Our mission, "Green Tea for All" is about making green tea a fun and easy part of your daily routine. Whether you'd rather eat or drink your antioxidants, we believe in getting your green tea fix any way you feel like. David Kerdoon founded Sencha Naturals in 2001 after an eye-opening journey through Asia. While traveling, David became fascinated by this whole world of green tea, being used in ways beyond the typical- i.e. leaves and water, in everything from savory snacks and skin care to candies and cookies. Upon his return, David felt there was this void that needed to be filled- people in the US seemed to only be drinking green tea, missing out on so many potential uses. David soon began collaborating with tea masters and connoisseurs to herbalists and food formulators- finally resulting in the birth of Sencha Naturals. The goal was to create a socially-responsible company with green tea at the core of unique products, starting with green tea immune support and green tea lattes. At Sencha Naturals, we continue to re-imagine the way green tea is being used, while at the same time, doing our part to take care of our community and by extension, the environment- creating better for you (and the planet) products.
